Beautiful dark and clear night, went down to the inlet and shot some 3200 ISO stuff. Pretty eventful really - not only did I catch some stunning views of the southern sky, I dropped my camera :( Luckily my UV filter caught the brunt of the blow and camera and 18-55 seem to be fine.

This was all shot before the moon appeared of course. Been through some reasonably heavy post - colour, contrast and , of course, noise reduction.

I think I am startign to reach the limit of what the 20D can do, sensor-wise. 5D for me next, once I can save the money!
